The President called the meeting to order at 4:04 pm.

Motion: That the Minutes of the Nov 13, 2023 Magic Lake Property Owners’ Society Meeting be approved.

1. BUSINESS ARISING:

5.1. Playground/Pickleball/Tennis Recreational Update

• 5.1.1. Grants finished for this year and will be reviewed for opportunities next year.

• 5.1.2. The proposal for teenager engagement in the park and in Magic Lake Estates (MLE) is underway.

• 5.2. Gazebos

• 5.2.1. Locating and installing the gazebos is continuing.

• 5.2.2. The Secretary will reach out to PIPRC for the Thieves Bay possible location.

• 5.2.3. The President will discuss a gazebo location in front of playground with the Special Projects Director.
